We provide a wide variety of counseling services to the people of Sherman Oaks, Los Angel's county and the surrounding areas, serving individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our goal is to address your specific interests and assist you in building health and well-being personally and relational. Our specialties include working with blended families, crisis intervention, cross-cultural and inter-racial families and relationships, people with anxiety and panic disorders, depression, grief, post traumatic stress, anger management, abuse issues, stress management, and habit control. Doreen Cohanim founded the counseling center in Sherman Oaks, Ca in 2008. Others joined the team as a volunteer and we become an approved 501 C3 nonprofit in 2012. We are growing with the hope to be able to open our physical center sometime in 2014, Portland, Sherman Oaks, where we are easily accessible to a greater number of people, just off I-101 and 405.
